My Views
The television industry is an ever-growing industry and innovations come in this market almost every year. Each of the companies in the race to become the no. 1 brand is trying to give the consumer a new kind of experience is it through good picture quality, good sound, multitasking of the SMART TV, etc.
There is still a potential market for television industry waiting in the rural part of the country. As the urbanization is increasing the rural part of the country is the new market which will lead to a boom in the TV manufacturing industry. The brand which touches the nerve of the consumer and will be successful in making new consumer base through its great innovations will be the one to look out for. As for now, the race is very tight in between Samsung and LG on world scenario and Videocon in the Indian scenario. The market share: We see that Samsung is the highest selling TV with LG second, SONY third.
Thus the consumer will keep on buying as he gets his money worth with the experience.
