Based on a review of your SOAR Profile answer the following questions in a 2-3 page double-spaced APA style paper. 

Q1: Refer to your Appreciative Inquiry (AI) Perspective on p. 4 of  your SOAR Profile. What do your AI perspective scores shown in Figure 1  indicate?
Q2: Refer to your SOAR Capacity on p. 5 of your SOAR Profile. What do you SOAR capacity scores suggest?
Q3: Refer to your Capabilities on p. 6 of your SOAR Profile.
S: Why might recognizing strengths in yourself and  others be critical to effective leadership? What do you see as five core  strengths (that is capabilities) you possess (provide evidence/illustration of these strengths)?
O: What are two to three opportunities — possibilities or ideas – that you would like to pursue for yourself and why?
A: What do you care deeply about?  What do you aspire to be?
R: What are some indicators – results –  to know you are succeeding?   Assuming you have achieved your  aspirations and took advantage of your opportunities, how do you know  you succeeded?  What are some results you have achieved?
Q4: In reviewing your SOAR Profile results, what did you find most  interesting, what surprised you?  How might this help you to develop  yourself as a leader? 
Q5: How might a SOAR-based approach to leadership best help with  employee morale and loyalty?  (refer to p. 271 in Chapter 12 of your  course text) How might a SOAR-based approach contribute to creating a  healthy work environment?
