Project Update:

This week, you met with you both Mark Pullman and Joyce Kim as you are a member of their project teams for the purchase and installation of classroom projector equipment, communication and telephony services, and computer classroom/labs installations. As a result, you were able to gain some excellent insights into the schedules for both project teams.

With a move-in week scheduled for August 21 – 25, 2017, it was good to know that Facilities expects to have all furniture in place no later than August 1 and IT will be completing telephone and communications capabilities no later than July 21. IT expects to set computers and projection equipment in place in all classrooms the week before the move. Computers will be moved into staff and faculty offices during Move Week.

Budget: A total budget for your project team has been set at $300,000. Remember that most of your budget will be time/personnel and the movers.
