Feeling – Explain your feelings towards the new initiative. E.g. excited, happy, anxious.
Evaluation and analysis – What was good/bad about the initiative you or someone else has implemented? How did the initiative create value? Review the seven different arenas of creativity (see pages 208–209 of the textbook). Select one or two creative arenas and discuss how they are relevant for the initiative.
Conclusion – What have you learned from the experience of implementing this initiative? If you are evaluating someone else’s initiative, what have you learned from their initiative?
Action – What changes do you need to make to further improve your current entrepreneurial/ intrapreneurial initiative? How are you going to implement the changes?
Option 2
Description – Explain a problem within your organisation that requires you to implement a creative initiative.
Feeling – What are your feelings towards the problem at your organisation? E.g. disappointed, anxious, angry.
Evaluation and analysis – Evaluate the problem in your organisation. What were the issues faced by the employees/society? Critically evaluate the changes suggested by the employees.
Conclusion – What have you learned from the situation? What initiative/s do you suggest implementing to solve the problem? Review the seven different arenas of creativity (see pages 208–209 of the textbook). Select one or two creative arenas and discuss how they are relevant for your initiative/s.
Action – How are you going to implement this new initiative/s to solve the problem? Provide a detailed description of the action.
