David Agbon-ifo
Morality, Ethics, and the Law, more profound than it appears, this is the core values that drives and transforms the healthcare industry, as we know it today. A healthcare leader is essentially responsible for the proper identification and operational factors impacting all these, hence the burden, if you will; will be really on the leader to decide and appreciate the differences, for they-Morality/ Ethics, can certainly be intertwined, and thus confused.
Whereby ethics governance are those rules and responsibilities expected of professionals in a certain career, and the morality is usually that innate sociology-psychological presence, it does, and can conflict with ethical considerations though, the professional involved should be able to identify these differences. They can be achieved by way of moral convictions and societal acceptance of certain behaviors for example. The case of a physician -assisted death is a true example of morality and ethics, and how they can both conflict with each other and the law. While some states have since approved a physician -assisted death, it remains a controversial issue to this day, because morality and ethics are at play here. Should the physician exercise his moral convictions or professional ethical guidelines of his profession as a savior of life?  This begs the question: where do we draw the line for morality and ethics?

Jordan Paltani
Ethics is the moral principles that govern a person’s behavior or the conducting of an activity. Morals are concerned with the principles of right and wrong behavior and the goodness or badness of human character. Law is the system of rules that a particular country or community recognizes as regulating the actions of its members and may enforce by the imposition of penalties. An original example of morality is drinking underage or cheating on your spouse. An original example of ethics is obeying your company’s rules and regulations in your workplace. An original example of the law is cheating on a tax return. an instance whereby a decision may be ethical, but not moral would be organ, eye, and tissue donation. Healthcare workers have a legal and ethical responsibility to protect the patients they care for. When these responsibilities are ignored, patients suffer.
