This is my final submission, I really need someone who is epert in english literature. Need to spend sometime on stories and write final essay.

Length: Approximately 1500 words
Due: WEDNESDAY, December 13th
Choose ONE (1) of the following questions. Your 1500-word essay must contain a defensible thesis. Your argument should proceed by claims that build upon one another; these claims should be in well-developed paragraphs. Format your essay using either the MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers, or the MLA Citation Guide available through the Seneca Libraries website.
You must include at least TWO (2) secondary sources for this assignment. These must be reliable sources (i.e. academic articles, book chapters, or in some cases, reviews of productions or interviews), and you must ensure that you properly cite it in your Works Cited. Then, fill in the Research Document Checklist and attach it to the back of your essay. This document can be found on
Blackboard under “Assignments.”
This assignment is worth 22.75% of your final grade in the course. The research document is worth 5%.
1. Location, location, location. Compare and contrast the settings of Walker’s
Problem Child and EITHER Hemingway’s “Hills Like White Elephants” OR O’Connor’s “A Good Man Is Hard to Find.” What is the effect of the texts’ settings—and why?
2. “Technology,” Sherry Turkle contends, “is making a bid to redefine human connection.” Analyze Turkle’s hopes for, concerns about, and fears of technological innovation, and compare and contrast them with the representations you find in EITHER Philip K. Dick’s “We Can
Remember…” OR Charlie Brooker’s “Be Right Back” from the series Black Mirror. If you choose the Black Mirror episode, you must cite the work and any secondary sources properly. (Remember television series are cited in a different fashion than textual sources.)
