For your assignment reflect on your biological, psychological, and spiritual/religious subsystem dimensions in a 1-2 page paper, discussing how they have affected your life. This personal self-reflection should focus on behaviors and self-awareness, making connections between the various dimensions and who you are as an individual. This week you were asked to provide a personal self-analysis of yourself as a system. Here is the fun part. Wait for it, wait for it?. Now you are to expand on what you identified in the written assignment (biological, psychological, and spiritual/religious) and discuss how each component have affected your life. For example, spiritual/religious- I grew up in a very strict household where my family and I attended church every Wednesday and Sunday. We pray before we eat, etc. How it has affected my life- Now as an older adult, I want to make sure my family attends church regularly as I feel I will let my parents down if we break the tradition (this is just an example I am throwing out there). *** If you do not have any spiritual/religious beliefs, then explain that in your paper and how it has affected you or made you who you are today.
