It is hurricane season. Hurricane Alexi is on the way and the forecast calls for torrential rain, severe flooding and high winds. There is deep concern for significant damage to property and loss of life. Your department (All Saints Police Station)is tasked with creating an emergency management response plan for the hurricane.
