What are some of differences you see between how scholars view terrorism as a topic to be studied and how counterterrorism professionals (law enforcement, intelligence, etc.) view terrorism as a threat to be neutralized?

g) Only use published articles from academic texts, such as those found at scholar.google.com.
h) The entire paper must be your original work. It may not include quotes, and at no time should text be copied and pasted.
