Digital Analytics Research Report and Recommendations

 
Research paper is being done on Equifax’ data breach. Please use the following research question: How can Equifax create better security measures in order to protect customer information and regain their trust?

Please include findings from at least 4 different listening tools and describe each listening tool as well as information found about Equifax’ data breach. Be sure to include Table of contents. Do not put headers on the paper.

Business recommendation as to how to regain customer trust and methods to do so

Describe your data-collection methods (use at least 4 listening tools)

5. Results

Describe the results and include relevant data visualizations (charts, tables, graphs)
Describe any limitations encountered in collecting relevant data

6. Conclusions and Recommendations

What are your final conclusions and strategic recommendation(s)?

7. Appendix

Bibliography – include all sources of data
Reference page – citations and references
