Create a SWOTT table for your proposed business. Your environmental analysis should take into account all of the following factors.  Therefore your SWOTT table should include 8 external and 11 internal forces. Think of something for all of them….even Global.  You may not intent for your business to go global…but I bet there are some global forces that may need to be aware of.
